Google rolled out the stable Android 16 QPR1 build with Material 3 Expressive redesign to all compatible Pixel devices earlier this month. But Beta Program users never received the ‘No Data Wipe’ OTA, meaning switching to stable would wipe their phones. Many stayed on QPR1 Beta 3.1, patiently waiting for the No Data Wipe OTA. But the delay led to Google Wallet and VPN breaking for them, making the wait frustrating. Thankfully, Google has finally begun rolling out the update for Pixel users on the beta channel.
